If you have placed an order and it does not correspond to what you expected or is in poor condition (damaged), do not worry about anything. At ELYT we believe that a customer should always be satisfied. You can return the product to us in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt. We promise to change it if you wish or refund the money. The return costs are borne by the customer.
If the return is due to withdrawal or cancellation, the shipping costs derived from the return are borne by the customer. But we promise to return the full amount and the initial shipping costs if you have ordered it certified.
If the return is due to a breakage of any of the products, we will refund all the money and we will bear the necessary shipping costs, as long as the shipment is certified.

According to the Ministry of Health, products considered drugstore will not be returned unless it is for breakage and with certified shipping.
